The Dazzle Diversity Initiative Discusses Breaking Down Barriers to Accessing Electronic Music with The Sound Lab and Sub Club. The panel for this session includes representatives from the Dazzle Initiative, The Sub Club and The Sound Lab discussing barriers to access, program delivery and the wider systemic change they are aiming to achieve through offering free DJing tuition in the world famous Sub Club.

Join Arthur Ehlinger and Dr. John Markey as they take you through the ever-expanding world of live music streaming. Having published a ground-breaking paper this year on the subject, they’ll discuss everything you need to know about playing live music online. This talk will include practical steps on how to operate live streams for yourself and others, the many positive aspects it can have on an artist’s career and how to deal with some of the potential issues that may arise. This will be followed a Q&A session where you can pick the brains of these two experts.

During the seminar, DJ/Producer and mastering engineer Sappo will take you through how to remix as well as mix and master your tracks to get them ready for any medium including radio, club and various digital stores only using Cubase Pro 12 features and included instruments, tools and effects.

Live streaming is a great way to promote your music online, as well as building and interacting with your audience. In this workshop, product specialist Sappo will show you how to stream with great audio quality on various platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, using your smartphone or computer with a Steinberg UR interface.

During this session, DJ/producer and mastering engineer Sappo will show you how to mix and master your tracks to sound on various platforms, only using Cubase Pro 11’s stock plug-ins. He will run through all his tips and tricks to get your tracks ready for various formats (vinyl and digital) and specific platforms, such as Beatport, Apple Music and Spotify.

Resonate are really pleased to be bringing our very ever virtual reality experience to Resonate 2021. Spearheaded by Iain Funnell formally of Melody VR and partnering with Phil Parsons of Distiller Music Group. In this session, our speakers talk us through the availability of VR to indie artists and organisations. Resonate delegates will also have the opportunity to experience virtual reality with our VR booths open for demos all day.
