Adelaide Deffond (Universal France)
Adélaïde Deffond has been working with Universal Music France for 4 years, where she is mainly involved in French artists international development. Passionate about music from an early age and attracted to foreign countries and cultures, she graduated in Digital Communication after a year working at Trax Magazine (dedicated to electronic music & night culture).
Currently an International A&R, she is the key contact for international collaborations and A&R discussions between France and other territories. Her work is focused on developing more organic ways to break French artists on the international scene, by coordinating international collaborations, production camps with artists from all over the world and digital A&R seminars for global teams.
Clement Le Gall (Universal France)
Clément Le Gall has experienced several facets of the Music industry in a few years. He is currently working in the A&R team of Universal Music Publishing France as the International Coordinator. He develops the local roster abroad, enhances the collaborations between territories thanks to writing camps, song plugging, and session. Playing music since an early age, everything started by organizing shows for his own band. Soon, he took care of other artists and quickly multiplied experiences in several labels such as Microqlima or Because. Then followed a few experiences at Universal, between artistic, marketing, and distribution before he took his current position.
