On this week’s edition of Resonate we’re super stoaked about the news of new music from Snack Villian. Due for release at the end of this week God’s Basement is no doubt set to give another sonically amazing experience.

Included in NME’s #100 Artists To Watch in 2019, we’re so buzzing to see what’s to come for this Glasgow based band. Previous releases have included the mesmerising, stone gazing ‘Breakfast Burger’, a transient melancholy number, perfect for that morning walk to work. Snack Villian’s most recent work ‘Tick Tick Tick’ release in October 2018, brought a frivolous beat with that signature ‘slime wave’ essence. Released on Spinnup, the Tick Tick Tick had tipples of hip hop influences which was a wave of freshness.

There’s a cool weirdness about Snack Villian. We definitely think the future is bright here at Resonate and we URGE you, URGE you to go check out their music. Prepare yourself for ‘God’s Basement’ this Friday.

Check out the video for ‘Tick Tick Tick’ released last year on Spinnup.
