Scott Kirkwood [Kingdom Management]

Scott Kirkwood is a Glasgow-based talent manager, A&R consultant, and project manager. He founded Kingdom MGMT in 2018, and discovered and developed the likes of global chart-topping artist Lewis Capaldi, Columbia Records electronic pop artist KLOE, and Platoon singer/songwriter Aaron Smith among others. Since its inception, Kingdom has nurtured an array of Scottish talent and is currently representing Rory James and The Big Day. 

Chris Blackmore [JTSMGMT]

Chris Blackmore is a dedicated figure in the Scottish music industry, working behind the scenes to support and develop artists. As an artist manager at Jumping the Shark MGMT, his diverse roster includes Tom McGuire & the Brassholes, Alice Faye & The Niche Family. Additionally, he manages Holy Smokes Records, a Glasgow-based folk and roots record label & promotions company, and plays a role in festival bookings and stage management at events like the Eden Festival.

Dave Rodgers [Hanoi Creative]

Callum Beattie’s manager and business partner 

Started out working for Island Music Publishing in early 90s

Tour managed for Bolshoi Ballet, Count Basie Orchestra, the Blues Brothers Band.

Worked with Fun Lovin Criminals, UB40, Suggs, Sinead O Connor 

Successfully raised over £2M in equity funding for musical projects.

Denise Allan [677 Media Management]

Denise Allan is a founding partner and Director of 677 Media Management; an independent Artist management company based in Glasgow. Guiding platinum sellers Glasvegas to success and driving talent development of an eclectic roster of young women including Plasticine, Lamaya & Cherry.

Brendan Moon [Morsecode Management]

Brendan Moon managed artists such as Paolo Nutini, The View, and GUN have solidified his reputation in the music industry. As an associate lecturer at The University of the West of Scotland and Glasgow University, His initiative led to designing a dedicated music industry summer school at West College Scotland, exemplifying his dedication to fostering emerging talent. While his academic contributions are commendable, 

Brendan's diverse career encompasses pivotal roles at major institutions like Neil O'Brien Entertainment, Mercury Records/Universal Music London, and DF Concerts. Before these accomplishments, Brendan graced the industry as a professional musician, underscoring his profound and multifaceted impact on the music world.

Brendan's expertise extends beyond the classroom as a coveted senior consultant in music and media. He boasts a diverse skill set, from studio management and music production to event planning and public relations. One of his significant academic undertakings is a PhD research project at Glasgow University, dissecting funding and government policies concerning popular music in The U.K., The Netherlands, and Ireland.

Beyond academia, Brendan is at the forefront of Morsecode Management Ltd as its Managing Director. Since its foundation in 2003 in Hillington, this institution has thrived in arts and event management under his leadership. In 2023, Brendan's unparalleled contributions to the industry were recognised with a Fellowship from West College Scotland. This accolade complements his ongoing PhD at Glasgow and his MA and BA degrees from the University of the West of Scotland.
