George Follett (TicketTailor)
George is Head of Growth at Ticket Tailor, a leading independent ticketing platform for events of all shapes and sizes. Ticket Tailor works with event organisers in over 150 countries - ranging from one-off supper clubs through to much-loved music venues and household festivals. Prior to Ticket Tailor George worked in various other tech and start-up companies, mainly in strategy and general manager roles. Out of work George is a huge music fan and aside from travelling to festivals in Cuba, Portugal and many in the UK, he's also DJ'd in such venues as "the kitchen" and "his lounge".
Aly Gillani (Bandcamp)
Aly Gillani is the European Label Rep for Bandcamp, a thriving, global music community where fans discover new artists, intimately connect with them, and directly compensate them for their work. Aly’s role involves expanding and managing the growing network of labels and artists using Bandcamp to connect with their fans.
He is also the founder / A&R for Worldwide Awards Label of the Year First Word Records, home to Children Of Zeus, Tall Black Guy, Eric Lau, Kaidi Tatham, Tawiah and many more. Originally a club promoter he ran seminal clubnights Funky Mule and New Bohemia in his adopted city of Leeds for many years. Starting First Word in 2004, he is also an acclaimed DJ with regular spots at a host of European venues and London radio stations Balamii and Worldwide FM.
Eve Horne (PEAK Music UK)
Eve Horne is an Award-Winning Creative Mentor and Advisor. She has over 20 years' experience in the Music Industry as a Singer, Songwriter and Producer. She is founder of PeakMusicUK and the UNHEARD Campaign which demands equality for women in the Music Industry. She is a qualified Sound Engineer and a Native Instruments Certified Specialist. She was named a SheSaid.So ALT list 2020 Honorée, is a board member for Moving The Needle, a UK Music Diversity Taskforce rep for MPG, an innovator on Keychange 2022 program and an executive team member of Why Not Her.
Eve has also recently become an Ivors Academy Senator and Board Director and was voted on as a Board Director for the MPG. The MPG’s first female and person of colour. In September 2022, Eve launched the We Are The Unheard Academy to teach gender minorities music production and songwriting. The Academy is funded by The Arts Council and supported by leading music industry software and hardware company Ableton, Musicians Union, Help Musicians, Flare Audio, Veva Collect and Why Not Her.
