Resonate Artist Of The Week: Grayling

We’re over the moon to highlight the unshakable talent of Grayling as our Resonate Artist Of The Week. Since her performance at our Resonate Live showcase in 2019, we’ve been patiently awaiting the release of music and today marks the day.

‘River Song’ is a simply stunning a debut single - overflowing with emotive imagery and lyrics which dance in partnership with her soothing vocals and wistful guitar melodies. The first song from her upcoming EP set for release this summer, Grayling said of ‘River Song’;

‘This song was written in the midst of lockdown and in the early stages of a seperation when you’re still holding onto the remnants of a relationship and the “what might have beens”’

Back in 2019, Grayling took to our Resonate Live stage and held a stunned audience with effortless charm and undeniable talent. Her performances are soaked with a sincerity that’s hard not to be touched by. Grayling has recently shared stages with the likes of The Joy Hotel & Stu Larsen and if this single is anything to go by, she will undoubtedly be filling venues by her own accord very soon.

The self-confessed Phoebe Bridgers and Julia Jacklin super fan is set to release her debut EP ‘Greenhouse’ later this summer. She has teamed up with Glasgow based producer & former Resonate Artist Of The Weeke-er Luke Palmer on this record and he has brought his exemplary skills to the table.
