RESONATE ARTIST OF THE WEEK: Kate Kyle

Well, do we have a treat for you this Monday. Our Resonate artist of the week is 17 year old singer songwriter Kate Kyle. We first stumbled across Kate’s incredible talent when our friends at Dumfries Music Conference highlighted her as one of their nominations to perform at Resonate 2018.

Kate Kyle opened proceedings at Resonate Live 2018 and the young songstress commanded the room with her intuitive songwriting and beautiful voice. Such a powerful voice emerged from a tiny frame and we were stunned. All of us here at the Resonate team are certainly looking forward to seeing Kate develop into what is sure to be one of Scotland’s true musical treasures. At such a young age, Kate’s already taking strides towards stardom having been announced for 2019’s Electric Fields Festival. In addition, she recently announced a show to celebrate the release of her debut EP ‘Where I’m Going’ at Dumfries’s creative home, The Stove Network. Tickets can be purchased here.
