Julz Baldwin - BBH
Julz Baldwin is Deputy Head of Music and Co-Founder at the multi award-winning Most Radicalist Black Sheep Music, the specialist music division at global ad agency Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH). BBH is one of the world’s leading agencies, responsible for some of the most notable music-centred advertising campaigns commissioned by a wide range of clients including large multinationals.
Over her 12 years there, Julz has placed tracks and supervised branded entertainment projects for the likes of Audi, Google, Levi’s, Axe, Virgin Media, Johnnie Walker, Refuge, British Airways, The Guardian, KFC, Absolut, Nike and the United Nations. As well as being music supervisors, the TMRBSM team also run The Most Radicalist blog, hosting reviews of brand new tracks, plus features with more established artists. This blog has a strict editorial policy, with super early pick-up of tracks (usually within 48 hours of them appearing online), and has become a tastemaker, talent incubator and recommender in its own right. Although deliberately separate from the advertising work, it also plays into the TMRBSM focus on offering music strategy development for brands through branded content curation, production, and editorial roll out.
